Yes these are wireless for PS4. The surround sound doesn’t work but you can’t tell the difference.

Yes, you can also add the 3.55mm cord to make it corded.

Yes they are wireless for ps4. The base plugs into the console via usb, the headset connects to the base. You’ll have to change the audio settings for the headset in the ps4 settings to all audio instead of just chat or you won’t get game sound.
