“Can you hear yourself talking when using this headset?”

From the time you open it no but if you connect the headsets with a pc you always can adjust the side tone and can hear yourself if you want it

Yes, and for now even when turning off sidetone, it still does that

You can download the software they have for it at their website - plug in your dongle usb and headphones on and do the configuration to add your voice volume into the mix. I did it on a mac (can do on window) and now use it for the PS5 gaming.

depends. If you are using with a PC there is a setting you have passthrough Talk. For console there is no option. also since this has fabric Ear cups Isolation is not as good as some of the Bose headset.

Yes there is a side tone adjustment directly on the headset.
