“How do you mute the mic and if you push it into the headset does it mute”

• there is a button on the back of the headset that you have to push to mute the mic

• All you need to do is hit the button on the back of the left side of the headset and the mic tip glows red. If you push in the mic it just pushes in does not mute that way

• There is a button on the headset for muting the mic and the tip of the microphone will light up red so you can visually see that it's muted. I'm not sure if retraction will auto mute or not.
