• Yes it should work with Xbox through the 3.5 mm Anagol cable in the controller. The Switch it works Wireless via USB in docked mode and Wired via 3.5mm cable in tablet mode. It comes with these cable yes. You can read this on steel series website

• It works with the Switch Wireless if Switch is in dock or you have a 3.5 Adapter you can plug into Switch for Travel. With the XBOX One sound works, but there are reported issues with Mic working.
