“Does this headset have removable batteries like the arctis 7?”

The 7 doesn't really have a "removable" battery. It can be replaced with some soldier. The 9 is the same as the 7

No it does not you have to plug the headset in and i forget all the time but the cord is pretty long and it charges pretty quick

No you don't take out batteries you charge the headset itself

No, they have an internal battery that lasts about 18-20 hours.
