“Do these have any differences in hinge design than the older Arctis headsets like the Arctis Pro Wireless or Arctis 9x? I had a pair of Arctis Pro Wireless and 9x's. Both broke at the same hinge after about 6 months past warranty.”

Best Buy wouldn’t help, said call manufacturer. After a lot of research I got in touch with steelseries. They had me send photos and a video, I did and they said sorry we can’t repair and we don’t cover it. Three weeks and $180. Terrible company and a terrible design. These we
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it’s the same weak design. Mine broke off in three weeks with no abuse, simply removing them from my head. Steelseries wouldn’t help at all, neither would Best Buy. Buyer beware, terrible design and an even worse company.

Please try again later.The hinge is a really nice durable plastic so it's really hard to break it only allows the ear muffs to rotate around to a certain point which is very helpful and very comfortable the only thing you can't do is raise or lower the ear muffs but it'sostly a one size fits all.
