“Hi so i'm interested in buying this headset but think their may be one problem. When im on xbox I sit a little away on a couch and i'm curious how far the wire could reach. I dont want to have to spend an extra $100 but will if I need to.”

Hey, hopefully you're still wondering. The wire from the consol to the game dac is decent, but not for sitting aways from your tv. It only reaches roughly 4 feet to the gamedac from the console, and another rough 4 ft from the gamedac to the headset. So if you go the full distance, the gamedace would sit halfway between you and the tv either elevated or on the floor.
