It will work with pc and ps systems. You can even have them both plugged up so you can switch between the 2 without unplugging it.

I believe they will the box dosen't specifically state that headset is restricted to only ps4 and the WBS (wireless base station) is connected via USB connection so as long as your system has those you shouldn't have any problems hope this helps
