• The wired one will have somewhat better sound because it's wired and not being transmitted via USB. I can't speak on the wired one, but the wireless one sounds really good to me. Battery life is amazing as well. I get about 5 to 6 days between battery swaps.

• Its wireless with interchangeable batteries. I think its the same otherwise.

• One is wired. This one is wireless with two battery packs for continuous use. Not that difficult
