Yes it does and really easy to navigate.

Yes, it connects to all apple products. iPhone, iPad, New Apple TV, etc. Not sure about older models of Apple tv, but you wouldn't need it anyways on there.

If you've installed at least the first update available to the Apple TV4, then the Steel Series will be supported (including Bluetooth keyboards too).
