• Yes you can use it over bluetooth or direct input is on the back under the batteries

• If your pc is Bluetooth compatible then yes! If not, you can still buy a Bluetooth USB adapter and use this controller. My laptop has Bluetooth already so using this controller for gaming in a no brainer!

• If I'm not mistaken is should function properly with windows, there's a slightly different controller for Mac.
