“I have a 2014 GMS Sierra with the Bose system. I am aware this is not compatible with my truck. Can I be told WHY this wouldn't work with my system? Is there some modifications that I can do to my truck to make it compatible?”

Unfortunately, there are no commercially available adaptors that will allow an aftermarket radio to interface with the factory Bose amplifiers in those trucks.
