Hi - Thank you for your interest in the StreamLabs Monitor. For the Monitor to calibrate, the pipe the Monitor is installed on must be fully pressurized (no air). If the Monitor detects air in the pipe, it will lose calibration. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected].
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be able to set it to get alerts if any water begins to flow through the pipe if you set the monitor to "Away" mode. However, when you are installing the monitor, it requires that you run water through the pipe for a minute or two for calibration. Can you force water to run through this pipe during installation? If yes, then it should work well for you.
