• Yes. I had ordered the Deluxe edition several months ago but this also applies to the regular edition. The Steelbook seems to be a new addition. I just cancelled my per-order and re-ordered it again and the pre-order bonus along with the Steelbook automatically applied to my new order: issue solved. Hope this helps!
