I got the game for my friend and he said the disc had everything except season 4. So it was a disc and a code for season 4.

Despite the fact that it’s dlc that makes it work. The case, disc, and app tile all have new artwork.

This code upgrades your game and gives you access to previous things you might have missed. It also upgrades it to the champion edition. It even changes the look of The app tile itself. I was actually happy with the way it all turned out.
