No matter what the customer support agent tells you, manufacturer does not provide accessories and they cost more than the unit itself if you want to buy separately. Overall, this would be a very expensive purchase.

None of my regular order or the replacement order came with these accessories. Only option is to buy them separately which cost more than the unit itself from BestBuy.
