Depends on when the mower falls apart and how quickly you can buy a replacement. Only got to one and a half mows out of mine before it broke and had to buy a replacement. SJ absolutely does NOT stand behind its products.

And the life span of the battery is up to 400 charges. It depends on what area the unit is being used on and it is hard to say how long a battery in usage will deplete after a full charge.
