Our Sunbeam® - GoHeat™ Cordless Heating Pad comes with a quick charger and a Rechargeable Battery that runs for up to 8 hours on a single charge on Low setting. All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend using them in different countries due to the difference in voltage. Additionally, doing so will void your warranty. Hope this helps!
