“I cant get the sunbright tv to fit on the sunbright mount! The back of the tv has an enclosure covering the HMDI plugs, and the door protrudes too far out to fit on the mount. What am I doing wrong? TYIA”

Tyia, We apologize for any issues! There are spacers included with the mounts to ensure the best fit on the TVs, but please call us at 866.357.8688 so we can assist you first thing in the morning. We open at 7am EST and close at 8pm EST Monday through Friday. The cables should be routing down through the bottom of the cable access door to ensure a drip loop, but we will definitely help figure out the issue and replace and/or send parts or whatever is needed.
