“We are trying to get sound from this tv and it is very difficult to hear coming from Bose Solo TV Speaker. We are looking for suggestions of how to hook up soundboard that we can hear. Will either HDMI outlets work for a sound bar? Or the Digital Audio?”

Hi there. Thanks for your question. Here are the audio output ports for this model: Digital SPDIF Audio(Fixed) / Analog 1/8” headphone jack (Variable). So for the Digital SPDIF Audio (fixed) should output at full max volume and volume control should be through connected amplifier or amplified device. For the 1/8" headphone jack, the volume is variable and controlled by the TV. We'd recommend checking volume level for the TV volume if connected by headphone Jack and the volume level on the amplifier or amplified device if connected through digital SPDIF jack.
