Is this a full motion TV mount? null

Hi there. "full motion" or "articulating" descriptions typically apply to wall mounts. This is a ceiling mount, so there is tremendous flexibility in the initial mounting angle (essentially 365 degrees). However, once angle is selected it is secured into a fixed position. The mount does have tilt adjustment (up-and-down) as well. Hope this is helpful. Thanks!
