Q: QuestionI purchased, opended the box and do not see instructions. I assume connect the tube inside to the cord - I plugged it in. but nothing happened.. where does the piece go that is connected to the tube? Under the water?? I sat it outside. Nothing happening.

• A:Answer The black square vented box is the water pump. Inside the fountain, a clear flexible tube should be hanging down inside the water basin. Carefully connect the flexible tube to the post on the water pump. Please be gentle and avoid pulling too hard, as this could pull the tube out and prevent the fountain from working properly.
