For radio triggering with the adjustability you mention, go for Godox X1 transmitter and receivers. If optical will work for you (line of sight to camera,) then the DF4000U flashes can be set up to do this. One DF4000U on camera can control and adjust power on remote DF4000U flashes. My experience is that works well with manual flash power settings, but not as well when or if you want TTL for the remotes.
