“The light dims on its own, then brightens. This repeats while making a video effecting the quality. So what would be the solution? Thanks”

Needs some assistance such as more than one light source. But the additional lighting should come from a different angle, maybe bounce off the wall overhead, use some natural lighting in conjunction with it also. One source or angle of lighting is definitely a challenge.
