• This is just for camera mounting. You can get what you want at Office Max or Staples. They are very reasonable and sturdy.

• I would not trust it; I have used it for a Cannon DSLR weighing in at about 8 lbs. Tripod held the camera up but had to several minutes to ensure the legs would lock into place.
