• Yes I even attached my Dji Osmo 3 gimbal which has a bit of weight to it for more height a. Worked perfectly

• I would buy a better quality tripod. The cost of the lens should justify a better tripod than this.

• I don’t have a long photo lens but this unit is very study. I suspect it would handle it fine.
