• supports but not usable. if its a stage event you can let the camera sit on tripod and operate using cell phone mirror app. not sure if you can add/hang weight to make it stable.

• This is not a professional setup. heavy lenses may be an issue. small cameras and laser levels will be supported well, but a 5lbs camera would overload it.
