Currently, the stylus is available when you pre-order the game in Japan or the UK. It is likely that this will also apply to U.S. orders, but as of the current date, it does not, and hasn't been announced.

So far, only Japan is confirmed to have a stylus as a preorder bonus. Any preorder version includes it, but there is no way to tell if US customers will receive the stylus.

This was a Europe exclusive promotion only, sadly not available in the US unless you buy a separate stylus for your switch.

There is not a version available in the United States that comes with the stylus. That is only available in Europe and Japan.
