The coin was a pre-order exclusive and not intended for individual sale through best buy. There have been some rumors of nintendo selling them on their website but I have not checked. Hope this helps.

hi! i got it preordering the game, the coin for free. i noticed they had the coins on display but for sale. i even got the bestbuy email, stating to get it for free if you preorder the game.

You can get the coin when you pick up the game on the day of. That's what I did.
