No. In order to play the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV, you need a Nintendo Switch 2 Console as its not compatible with Nintendo Switch. If you try using it on your switch OLED, it will not allow you to load the virtual game card until you upgrade to the switch 2.
