• No, not the R. The level up does. Along with adjustable suspension.

• Our R Model does not come standard with an integrated lighting kit, but our S2 model available in both Hudson Blue and Galaxy Black comes standard with both a headlight and a taillight! In regards to sales, at this time we aren't offering discounts on our bike models.

• No lights; The RX, which BestBuy does not carry, has the lights. And yes this was on sale but it said "Coming Soon" and could not be purchased... I was disappointed as well.
