It's the same with any other product - the manufacturer offers a warranty period which is typically longer than the "return-by" date of the store you bought it from.

Please try again later.To be honest with you I am not totally sure about the Super 73 warranty. 1 week after receiving them from Best Buy, we found that one of the bikes was defective. Since was such a short time period, we returned it to Best Buy and ordered a replacement, which arrived a week later. Best Buy had no problem taking back the bike and ordering a replacement. I will say it was sort of weird to wheel in an ebike in the store.
