This is a replacement keyless remote. If you have a Viper/directed keyless system than yes it will, but if you don't then no. That is because it doesn't come with the module or the system to auto-start or unlock your vehicle. It's just the replacement keyless remote for a Viper/directed smart start. I do recommend getting a Viper smart start, it works on all vehicles and is very convenient.
