• Yes, it comes with a power cord. The keyboard (and pen if you want one) are the components that need to be purchased separately. The Surface X definitely has the best keyboard options of all surfaces; they have a keyboard pen combo where the pen can be stored in a hidden compartment within the keyboard. Genius.
