Hi Marts, We are happy to walk you through the process of assembling the handlebars. First, thread the section with the brake and bell onto the left side of the handlebars. Then use an Allen key to tighten the screw underneath it. Next, screw the handles in. Lastly, make sure everything is securely attached.
