Try a quick shot of penetrating oil on the axle. Ours began squeaking in the same place while going forward (not backwards) after the first three days we owned it. Gave it a shot of WD40 on the axle then took in on a good outdoor run in a parking lot and the squeak went away. Hope that works for you. Oh, make sure the tire/wheel itself isn't rubbing anywhere first. Then if the above doesn't work, contact Swagtron Customer Service. They reply very quickly and will send you instructions for an RMA if necessary.
