Hello Jim, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. The ExtraSafe plans come with 30 days of secure cloud storage and 7 days stored on the camera's built in memory. The Free plan gives you 2 days of secure cloud storage and 7 days stored on the camera's built in memory. Make sure you download any clips you need from the activity log as when your storage days expire the video for that day is automatically removed by the system and is no longer retrievable.
