Q: QuestionI have a older 720p swann device setup. If I purchase this swann 1080p system will I be able to use the same cables that are already setup? Will the new cables give me better quality?

• A:Answer No and when they come in install they will not replace nor install over 10 feet our cameras are still sitting on a box after a month

Q: QuestionThere are several Windows PC apps available on your website. Its not clear which one to use. I tried the HomeSafe and I am able to link to my DVR but I can not import any of the cameras. Swann View Link couldnt link to the DVR.
