Hello MikeF, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Settings can be adjusted within the recorder. In order for us to best assist, we ask that you please contact our technical support when you are in front of your unit . If the camera has become faulty, we offer a 1-year warranty provided a copy of your receipt or 18-months with valid registration. Pleas let us know how we may further assist you, Thank you.
