“I want to have cameras installed in/out of my home overseas in Europe to be monitored via my smart phone and/or my laptop here in the states. Which system will work for me? I am not at all familiar with the technology. Thanks”

This system will work. Any of them that are networked and have the Swann mobile application configured on their device will do the job.
