Hello Josh, Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Yes, this recorder can be upgraded to at most a 4 TB hard drive. There are many variables that contribute to the overall amount of storage space. Frame rate, recording resolution, number of cameras, area activity, and PIR settings will all play a factor.
