Hello Ellie, Please follow these instructions below. Aiming the camera 1. Loosen both screws (use an Allen key) to adjust the camera’s orientation. This enables you to rotate the camera so no matter what direction it is facing, your images will be the right way up. Tighten each screw to secure in place. 2. Loosen the screw to tilt the camera up or down. Tighten the screw to secure in place. 3. To pan the camera left or right, loosen the screw and position accordingly. Tighten the screw to secure in place. Please let us know how we may further assist you, Thank you. JV Swann Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes you have to completely unscrew and rotate them and then screw it back to the angle you would like doesn't have a lot of rotation options and doesn't swivel at all so its best it to pre drill or make sure they in a position you want before you actually install in whatever location
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can also go into the settings and electronically flip or mirror the image. To rotate the camera, loosen the screws while supporting the camera head and turn the camera. The screws do not have to be fully unscrewed. Sometimes I found it easier to loosen and straighten the pivot joint, FIRST, to free up cable so the camera and siren cable are not unduly stressed.
