Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Their customer service is good but their Repair process is horrible. Honestly feels like a black hole. Submit a RA (repair authorization), show evidence of when it was bought and then wait. When you try to find out the status, you get the good ol' run around. Call tech support and they tell you call warranty repair, only the phone number they give you has no such option in the menu. Frustrating to say the least.
