Yes you can. You just need a user name and password to loin back in again

If you connect a screen to the DVR then you'll be able to change all of your system's settings and view its cameras & recordings without needing to connect it to the internet and access it via the app. Within the settings menu you can choose to set a schedule for what time/day each of the cameras are armed to record or not. This will be the most effective way to control things without the internet, the only other alternative would be to unplug your system from power when you don't want it on. -SD, Swann team.
