“We live in a rural area with minimal internet access--max--15mps(really!) Can the - Master Series 16-Channel system be used without internet, outside w/seasonal severe wind and rain, record activity, and alerts on our phone? If not, please recommend.”

Alerts to a mobile phone may not work or be efficient(have a lag) but yes you can use this system you just might have to veiw recorded events manual on a monitor or tv the system is connected to
