• They do not require power at the mounted location The 60’ cable plugs into a dvr which does require power

• Hello, The cameras require power source connected to them. The cameras will connect to a 4-way power splitter then the splitter is connected to a single 12V2A PSU.

• The cameras are powered by the 60 foot cables.

• The cables included transfer power and video. Power is supplied to cameras by a power supply and a 4 way splitter from wherever you locate the dvr.

• The cables supply power and video. The DVR will take video and you’ll plug in a power adapter that will supply power to the cameras from the cables already ran. Nothing els is needed....no power outlet by the installed cameras is needed
