• Yes, this system is wired and doesn't need WiFi.

• You probably can but the initial setup for the system has you go through several steps with it connected to the internet. You may be able to bypass those though.

• Unfortunately most security systems run through Internet or wifi because they have a support system which is used to back the system up in case of vandalism, theft or damage and this is one of those , but I'm sure if you continue to shop around you will find one that records directly to the system, if you decide to get Internet I strongly recommend this product, I hope you find the right one that works for you.
