• A:Answer You don't have to pay anything to use this system. If you are talking about the power consumption, it is super low. I don't thing is an issue, even if you are off the grid.

Q: QuestionI currently have a Nuvico system but the recording has stopped functioning on the DVR. I can still see the cameras from my iphone. If I buy this new system can I use the existing camera wiring and just hook the cameras on and plug the wiring into the DVR?

Q: QuestionCan I setup the DVR to my home network? Direct or wireless?

• A:Answer It is only able to be hooked up with an Ethernet cable. I wish it had WiFi capabilities, but the manufacturer told me this isn't possible without them installing the necessary software. I was hoping to buy a WiFi stick to plug into the DVR, but it doesn't support this.
