A:AnswerHi. After much research I found a helpful person in the Australian call centre for Swann (actually in the Philippines). The answer is…the receiver works for the door alarm and the driveway sensor. The melodies/music and chimes will only work with the door alarm. To get rid of the hideous emergency alarm sounds you have to tune your sensor to Channel 3 where you get a sort of chime that doesn’t frighten the devil out of you late at night. Hope this helps
A:AnswerCan only use melodies if you are using the door alarm package. The receiver is used for both Driveway and Door kits. To get rid of awful alarm select Chanel 3 for a more acceptable noise
