“My battery pack came uncharged and with 2 flat tires, how should I proceed?”

I understand that no Li-ion battery comes fully charged, but usually they come partially charged. When I say 2 flat tires I dont mean uninflated. I mean there were snake punctures in the tubes and I ended up having to repair both of them. The battery still hasnt held a charge even after charging
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No lithium ion battery is shipped at full charge for safety reasons. The bike doesn't fit in the Box with the tires inflated, I bought a $10 air pump from Walmart, it's very small and clips to my frame.
